Admission Requirements

Admission is granted with the definite understanding that the student and his parents/guardians agree to comply with the school rules and regulations. The school reserves the right to admit or reject students upon meeting its specific requirements and reasonable regulations


Kindergarten Education is the first stage of compulsory and mandatory formal education which consists of one (1) year of preparatory education for children at least five (5) years old as a prerequisite for Grade 1.

Elementary Education refers to the second stage of compulsory basic education which is composed of six (6) years.  The entrant age to this level is typically six (6) years old. (IRR of the Enhanced Basic Education Act of 2013 – RA No. 10533)

Secondary Education refers to the third stage of compulsory basic education. It consists of four (4) years of junior high school education and two (2) years of senior high school education. The entrant age to the junior and senior high school levels are typically twelve (12) and sixteen (16) years old, respectively.

Students, to be eligible for admission to secondary course, must have completed an elementary course or its equivalent as approved by the Department of Education (DepEd).

An entrance test is required for new students (except Grade 11) in which this test is free of charge. They must present the original copies of Form 137(Transcript of Records), Form 138 (Progress Report Card) with Learner Reference Number (LRN), Certificate of Good Moral Character, and a photocopy of the student’s birth certificate (NSO/PSA Certified). In addition, Grade 11 students must present an original copy of the Certificate of Junior High School Completion and ESC/QVR Certificate for Private JHS.


The school has the right to refuse admission if on its judgment such transferees cannot keep up with the ideals of scholarship and morality that the school stands for.

An entrance test is required to be passed by any transferee. He or she will be subjected to an interview by the Prefect of Discipline/Guidance Counselor and will be allowed to enroll upon approval of the School Principal.

Transferees are required to present the following credentials:

  • Original copies of Form 138 (Progress Report Card) and Form 137 (Transcript of Records)
  • with Learner Reference Number (LRN), duly signed by the Principal/Registrar and a
  • photocopy of the birth certificate (NSO/PSA Certified).
  •  Certificate of eligibility to transfer and/or Certificate of Good Moral Character signed mail order bride online by a recognized authority like the Guidance Counselor, Registrar, Principal or Director.
  • Certificate of Deped Voucher Program Beneficiary for Senior High School Grade 12.


Readmission of old students is governed by the policies set by the administration.

Renewal of registration of former students to the institution will be based on their previous performance.

Upon applying for readmission, students must present their report cards and/or transcript of records and pass the entrance exams.

An old student may not be readmitted to the school if he has incurred three or more units of failure in the preceding term or if he has been disqualified for serious violation of the school rules and regulations herein stated or may be promulgated hereinafter.
